What time is check in?

We check guests in between 13.00 and 20.00 hours.

How do I check in after hours?

Please contact the hostel in advance to arrange a late check in after 20.00 hours, but no later than 22.00 hours.

What time are the reception hours?

Our office is open from 8.00 to 20.00 hours

What time is check out?

Check out is between 8.00 to 10.00 hours.  An early check out can be arranged with reception in advance. 

Is it possible to book trips and be given local information at the hostel?

Yes we offer free tour bookings and provide guests with a free local map and explanation of the local area.

Is there a luggage storage?

Yes we offer free luggage storage before check in and after check out.

Do you offer female-only dorms?

We can ONLY offer female share dorms in the quiet winter months.

How do I pay for my room?

All payment is on arrival and you can pay by NZ dollars, Eftpos cards and VIsa or Mastercard. 

Credit cards must be present for payment (2.5% fee on credit card transactions).  We also request a $20 cash key deposit.
