  • WHAT ARE YOUR RECEPTION HOURS?
    Our reception is open 7 days a week from 8 am – 1am.
  • CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE BEFORE AND AFTER CHECK-IN?
    Same-day luggage storage is free. Just ask our friendly Front Office team.
  • IS ALL BED LINEN SUPPLIED?
    Yes, we supply all your bed sheets.
  • DO YOU HAVE LAUNDRY FACILITIES?
    The self-serve laundry is located on the ground floor and is open 24-hours. We have washing machines and dryers available, which cost $4 each. The coins accepted are $1 and $2. If you find that you need change or need to purchase detergent, just swing by the Reception and our friendly team can assist.
  • DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
    Yes we do. Limited on-site parking can be booked and paid directly with reception. There is also paid parking options all within a short walking distance, for example the Wilson Parking 100 Symonds Street, or Civic Car Park.
  • CAN I ARRIVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT?
    If you are arriving in after reception hours (after 8 pm), you will need to advise us of late arrival plans prior to the date of arrival. In these instances, directions on how to obtain the room key will be informed by the Haka House Team. Entrance into the Haka House Property will be treated as an acceptance of our terms and conditions. Only paid bookings will receive an email from us with after-hours check-in instructions.
  • HOW CAN I GET TO HAKA HOUSE AUCKLAND CITY FROM THE AIRPORT?
    Purchase an AT HOP Card to unlock discounted fares, and use the Auckland City Public Transport. The Airport Link transfers you to Puhinui Station, and from here you catch the train direct into Britomart, downtown in the CBD. The AT Journey Planner will help you plan your trip. Alternatively, you have ride share options such as Super Shuttle, Uber, or taxi booking app, “YourRide”
