  • What time is check in & check out?
    You can check in any time after 2pm and check out is 10am, with luggage storage available. We can also arrange for an after-hours check-in upon request before arrival.
  • Is the accommodation secure?
    Yes, the Hostel has keycard access, 24-hour reception, CCTV, and friendly on-site staff to help you at any time
  • Is parking available?
    Yes, we offer onsite parking from 5pm to 7am at $25 per night.
  • How do I get from the airport to the accommodation?
    Getting to your Auckland CBD accommodation from the airport has never been easier! SkyDrive is a direct, reliable shuttle service between both the domestic and international terminals of Auckland Airport and SkyCity in Central Auckland. When you arrive at SkyCity, it’s a quick 10-minute walk to your accommodation. Click here to book your shuttle service.
  • Where can I eat on a budget?
    Being in the heart of Auckland City, there are plenty of options on K Road and Queen Street. Check out Instagram for local tips on food deals. If eating out isn’t your thing, we have shared kitchen facilities and supermarkets and convenience store within walking distance.
  • Is there luggage storage?
    Yes, we offer free luggage storage during the day and paid overnight storage. It is $8 per bag overnight.
